1. Who operates this application?

ChrisDN Ops Mail is operated by Chris Do Nascimento for his freelance business operations.

2. Information processed

When authorised, the application may process Gmail messages and metadata, including email addresses, message content, timestamps, message identifiers, replies, delivery failures and opt-out requests.

3. How information is used

Information is processed to send business correspondence, monitor replies, manage enquiries, prevent duplicate contact, honour opt-outs and maintain operational records. AI-assisted tools may support classification and drafting within these purposes.

4. Storage and sharing

Operational information may be stored within the authorised Gmail account and the operator's n8n workflow infrastructure. Relevant service providers may process information where necessary to deliver these functions.

Gmail information is not sold or used for advertising or unrelated marketing profiles.

5. Retention

Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal obligations, security and suppression of unwanted contact. Unnecessary information may be removed.

6. Access and control

The Gmail account owner can revoke application access through their Google Account security settings.

Individuals may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
